Your Visa card is now protected by Verified by Visa — it password protects your card for free. The next time you shop at participating online stores, enter the information requested to activate your card in order to complete the transaction. Your card will then have password protection whenever you shop online at participating stores listed at

If you are leaving town for vacation or business and will be using your USB debit card, let our Call Center (352-669-2121) know before you go. That way, we will know that your out-of-town debit card purchases are yours and not the result of a stolen card and we won't block your debit card from further use.

If you are busy planning and packing and forget to call us, our Fraud Detection Department may call you to verify transactions that are out of your normal geographic shopping area.  They will ask you to verify your transactions and for the last four digits of your social security number.


If you are a consumer (not a business) and discover you have lost your debit/check card or your online login information has been compromised, notify us immediately.  

If you report the loss within two (2) business days, your liability is limited to the lesser of $50 or the amount of the unauthorized transfers that occur before notice to us.

If you wait more than two (2) business days to report the loss of your debit/check card or login information, you are liable for up to $500 of unauthorized transactions.
