Rick Levand serves as Assistant Vice President of USB Investment Management, partnering with the Trust & Asset Management Department to deliver tailored investment solutions. He began his career in multi‑family property management before transitioning to banking in 2017 and joined the investment team in 2019, later earning his securities license and Florida 215 insurance license.
A graduate of Leadership Lake County’s Class of 2023 and a member of its Board of Regents, he remains active in local community initiatives. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for the Astor Area Chamber of Commerce, supporting local businesses and community events. He and his family have lived in Astor since 2009, drawn to the natural beauty of the surrounding St. Johns River, Lake George, and national forest.
