Three years ago, we met with Rob Adrid at USB about a loan to purchase a new permanent location.
We really wanted to expand our business. We had been renting our previous location in Eustis and were ready to take the next step of owning our building as we wanted to grow the business. With USB’s help, we were able to purchase the new location (located at 205 N Grove St, Eustis, FL 32726) and remodel the building into our new showroom.
The entire lending process went so smoothly and easily. Rob was great to work with. It was clear from our experience that USB cares a lot about us. You are not just a number when working with USB. We knew that when we called, we would get to talk to Rob and that our questions would be answered quickly. That was really important to us.
We have been in business for 7 years and in our new Eustis location for 2 years. Our business has grown a lot since we opened the new location. In fact, our business has almost doubled! Location truly means everything! This new building has much better visibility from the street and better parking for our customers. The new showroom, which we were able to customize to our needs and taste, has made a huge difference as well. Our customers love it.
Now that we are settled, our goal is to continue to expand our team and expand our operations into a second location. We are a big operation with a small happy team, and we are excited to keep growing!
