Early in his career, Mike spent 15 years in bank operations and commercial lending. He then worked with companies and individuals in business sales and acquisitions for 10 years, serving as a consultant and employee for privately held companies. This experience outside of traditional banking provided him invaluable insights into the opportunities and challenges faced by business owners. Mike’s experience provides a well-rounded perspective to his banking career.
