Tessa Hibbard is a Vice President of Commercial Banking in the greater Leesburg area for United Southern Bank (USB). With over 20 years of banking experience, Tessa started in loan operations as a teller and moved into loan operations, joining the USB team in 2016. She managed branches in Leesburg and then Eustis, focusing on providing exceptional service. She further developed her expertise by attending the Florida School of Banking and later transitioned into credit administration, working in collections and Appraisals.
In 2021, Tessa briefly stepped away from banking to pursue her lifelong passion for the culinary arts, launching and operating a successful charcuterie service. Though she cherished that time operating her own business, she decided to return to banking and in 2023, she rejoined USB as a commercial lender in downtown Leesburg. She currently manages the Leesburg commercial loan portfolio. Her return to this position is a full-circle experience, bringing her back to the community that launched her professional journey.
Outside of banking, Tessa spends time camping, enjoying outdoor activities, and cooking for family and friends. She is a proud mother and grandmother, and she cherishes time with her daughter and three grandchildren.

In her role, Tessa specializes in providing commercial lending solutions to local businesses.
